Traditionally, a Sgian Dubh was hand made by a local smith (Gobha or Gowan), as a utility knife. We embrace tradition by crafting and building you a unique Sgian Dubh, as you imagine it.

We offer a genuine alternative to the mass produced and  resin copies, providing a bespoke service for your individual requirements. We don't manufacture Sgian Dubh - we build them to order by hand, for you.

Some Of Our Recent Designs

Our Sgian Dubh are designed for ceremonial or ornamental use, to wear with National dress. To comply with current U.K. legislation, Sgian Dubh will only be sold to customers over 18 years old.

Proof of age will be required prior to completion of the sale.
